Ambassor Imperium Project: 29 Sept 2003
The Ambassor Imperium is the design concept for an ambassor trench coat that can be made into a leather or heavy wool trench coat. To prove that the design is suited for both roles, I have elected to make both a leather and wool version of this coat at the same time. The wool version of this coat will have a non-removable duster and will feature fleece lining. Each coat should take about a week to two weeks to complete.
Please note the design of the duster. It is made to extend past the shoulders to keep off the weather. The picture shows a thick wool that I have really enjoyed working with. I think i'll use this as part of my fabric collection.
